Good News Community Church has many ministries available for you to be involved in. From helping in the children's ministry to greeting newcomers as they arrive at the front doors, serving at GNCC is a great way to help make this church your home and deepen your relationship with Christ.

OUR MINISTRIES

The church is organized into six Core Ministries; you don’t need to be a member of the church to participate in a ministry.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY

In our Children’s ministry, our mission is to help kids find their way back to God, connect with others, and contribute to changing the world. We believe that kids have the capacity to walk intimately with God, and we love to see them learn about Him and connect with Him through Bible stories, songs and crafts.

Our volunteers are the heartbeat of our ministry, and it’s an honor to serve with each and every one of them as they love on kids each week! Every volunteer who leads in the Kids Ministry has had a background check and is committed to making the ministry a safe, Biblically relevant, and fun environment for your kids.

STUDENT MINISTRY

Being a student isn't easy. This season in life is pivotal for learning how to discern right from wrong and using that information to make good choices based on the truth of God's Word. Join us as we help impart truth to help you on your faith journey.

WOMENS MINISTRY

It is vital that women engage with God while uplifting and encouraging one another in their faith. At Good News Community Church women's ministry, we are a community of women who gather to fellowship, mentor, and connect in a safe, supportive environment.

Join us every 2nd Saturday @ 10am in the Nampa Community Prayer house. Located just across the street from the church.

MENS MINISTRY

Men's ministry is all about spreading and celebrating the word of God among brothers and encouraging each other to draw close to God. It encourages men to be their best, promoting right action, responsibility and the fulfillment of duty in the service of the highest Christian ideals.

Join us the last Saturday of the month @ 8am at the Prayer House..

MUSIC / TECH MINISTRY

We love to worship through music. Worship is a gift to show our Lord how much we love and honor Him. Worship can shift the atmosphere as it invites the presence of the Holy Spirit. At Good News you can expect to hear everything from hymns to the most recent contemporary music you hear on the radio and even some original music.

Churches today depend on technology to communicate the truth of God’s Word both live and online. Our Technical Ministry team is crucial in making that happen! Whether you are an expert in audio mixing or have never touched a camera in your life – you can join the team!

VOLUNTEER & SERVE

We are passionate about showing you who Jesus is. Whether it is in our own neighborhood or across the globe, we can tangibly express God’s love for humanity through our outreach projects and mission trips. Join us as we extend our mission beyond our walls and share the love of Jesus in our local and global community. We are strategic about reaching the greater San Diego area for Christ in a number of ways, and we've highlighted one of our ministries below.
